Job summary

Briotix Health in Bend, Oregon, is seeking a Full-Time Industrial Sports Medicine Professional to provide on-site care for working athletes at two Bend locations. You will build strong client relationships, educate teams on injury prevention, and support ergonomic solutions, while ensuring OSHA First Aid standards are followed.

The role emphasizes collaborating with stakeholders, meeting client expectations, and delivering timely reports.

Qualifications

• Education in athletic training, kinesiology, exercise physiology, physical therapy, occupational therapy or related field.
• Current CPR certification and/or BLS for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care.
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
• Ergonomic certification or training is preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years experience in industrial or office ergonomics, industrial sports medicine, or job task analysis preferred.
• Must meet physical demands of on-site work; ability to lift up to 50 pounds; standing, walking, sitting, or squatting.
• Reasonable accommodations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services at two Bend, OR locations.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Engage client employees with professional, engaging interactions.
• Deliver education and training on injury prevention.
• Provide on-site care and management of work-related discomforts.
• Follow OSHA First Aid standards and guidelines.
• Implement Early Discomfort Management (EDM) program.
• May provide Functional Employment Testing and ergonomic assessments as required.
• Prepare detailed, timely reports and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to safety policies and Briotix Health’s procedures and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
