Unify Health Services is seeking an Industrial Medical Provider (EMTs, LPNs, Paramedics, RNs) to support health of industrial workers at a Tomahawk, WI site. Provide first aid, vaccines, screenings, and return-to-work evaluations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include preventing injuries, ergonomic assessments, and wellness programs in coordination with HR and safety teams. On-site role with early morning to early afternoon schedule; OSHA guidelines apply daily.

Formación

• EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or RN certification or licensure in your state (required)
• CPR/BLS (required)
• Six months to one year of professional experience (required)

Responsabilidades

• Deliver care within OSHA first aid guidelines (not full scope of licensure)
• Respond to workplace illnesses and injuries on the plant floor or in the onsite center
• Administer vaccines, COVID/flu tests, and operate medical equipment (EKG, AED, emergency kits)
• Conduct pre-employment physicals including audiograms, vision screenings, urine drug screens, and medical questionnaires
• Perform return-to-work evaluations including breath alcohol and drug screenings
• Design and lead injury prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement early intervention strategies
• Lead and maintain on-site injury prevention and fitness programs
• Facilitate group or individual conditioning classes and personal training sessions
• Develop and promote wellness initiatives and educational workshops
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to enhance workplace wellness
• Track and analyze program metrics to measure effectiveness and success
