Job summary

Daikin Applied is seeking a full-time HVAC Service Technician II/III to diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment. Location is onsite in Texas and compensation reflects varying responsibilities as you gain experience with rooftop units, chillers, boilers, and controls.

Responsibilities include mentoring Level I technicians, performing warranty service checks, recording job data, and communicating with customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years related experience for Service Tech II or 5+ years for Tech III
• High School Diploma or GED
• HVAC certificate or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units and boilers.
• Inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Lead Level I technicians through hands-on demonstrations.
• Record billing, inventory, and timecards.
• Interact with customers and provide service status reports.
