Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate project scheduling, resources, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Supervise onsite personnel and ensure quality workmanship.
• Coordinate with inspectors, architects, engineers, government officials, and clients.
• Review plans and specifications and ensure work is completed accordingly.
• Assist with project budgeting and cost control.
• Address project issues, delays, and resource needs.
• Maintain strong communication with all project stakeholders.
