Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler for an on-site role in Tacoma, WA. The position requires experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA and HHA with home-based clients, and familiarity with Caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding. This full-time role reports to the local operations team and offers benefit programs for eligible staff.

Salary is based on experience; schedule is Monday through Friday, onsite. This is a non-remote, on-site scheduling position in the home health care field.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Home Care or Healthcare Operations experience required.
• Experience scheduling RN, LPN, CNA, HHA with home-based clients; strongly preferred.
• Experience with Caregiver EVV, payroll and onboarding; previous fast-paced branch operations experience.
