Job summary

Medcor in Alma, KS seeks a part-time Onsite Health Technician (EMT/Paramedic/LPN) for our occupational health clinic. The role includes patient care, workers’ compensation case management, RTW program facilitation, and collaboration with medical and client leadership.

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri (Mon/Fri 8:00am-4:00pm; Wed 8:00am-12:00pm and 8:00pm-12:00am). Must hold current licensure and CPR/BLS; EMR proficiency required. Medcor offers training, growth opportunities, and a supportive, open culture.

Qualifications

• Valid licensure for the position
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong computer and EMR skills
• Ability to lift a 50 lb emergency response bag
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Positive, outgoing personality and customer focus

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on-site clinic
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees
• Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses per MCPs
• Build and maintain internal team relationships
• Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
• Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
• Documentation of care using EMR and other tools
• Medical charting and OSHA record-keeping
