Integrity is seeking a claims adjudication specialist in Clearwater, FL. You will analyze health insurance claims, interpret benefits, and coordinate daily workflow to meet service guarantees. Local candidates only; this is not a remote position.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of related experience, Medicare/Medicare supplement familiarity, and proficiency with CMS-1450 CMS-1500 claims. Excellent communication and typing (30 wpm) are essential.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year related experience required.
• Experience in medical/insurance preferred.
• Medicare Supplement experience preferred.
• Familiarity with CMS forms (CMS-1450 CMS-1500) is helpful.
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and typing skills (30 wpm).

Responsabilités

• Examine, adjudicate claims and inquiries.
• Interpret contract benefits per guidelines.
• Link day-to-day claims processing to broad business concepts.
• Minimal external contact with providers/agents/policyholders.
