Job summary

SWBC is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team onsite in San Antonio. You will design print and digital materials, including ads, brochures, videos, and landing pages, while adhering to SWBC brand guidelines.

You’ll collaborate with a dynamic marketing group, produce proofs for leadership, and support web graphics with basic HTML/CSS coding. A Bachelor’s in Design and 3+ years’ experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Art, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years graphic design experience in agency or corporate setting.
Experience in financial services/insurance/mortgage industry a plus.
Proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere/After Effects a plus.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

Conceptualizes, designs, and produces print, video, animation, and digital projects per SWBC brand guidelines.
Prepares proofs for Creative Director/Marketing leadership approval.
Works with project managers and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
Creates eblasts, landing pages, and web graphics; uses HTML/CSS where applicable.
Maintains brand consistency across materials.
