Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a skilled HPC/AI hardware specialist to support GPU deployment, multi-node testing, and enterprise-scale Linux environments. You will handle firmware, Redfish automation, iDRAC health checks, and DPUs like BlueField, while collaborating with customers to ensure robust, scalable systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on hardware work, strong communication, and experience with InfiniBand/RoCE networks in a contract, onsite setting in Childress, TX.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with GPU deployment, configuration, and multi-node testing using NVIDIA Base Command Manager.
• Proficiency with benchmarking tools: HPL, STREAM, NCCL, RCCL, MxP, OSU Microbenchmarks.
• Red Hat certification (RHCSA/RHCE) or 7+ years of RH distros experience.
• Experience with GenAI/HPC networking (InfiniBand and/or RoCE).
• Experience working in Linux based parallel computing environments at scale.
• Strong customer facing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Code upgrades: Perform cluster-level code upgrades per approved versions and compatibility guidelines.
• iDRAC management: Configuration, access validation, and health checks; lifecycle support.
• Firmware updates: Update server, BIOS, NIC, storage, and related firmware with validation.
• Redfish: Use Redfish APIs for system management and monitoring; automation.
• BlueField: Configure and manage BlueField DPUs.
