Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical/other training may be required.
• One year of general building maintenance experience or demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools and related equipment.
• Ability to travel between facilities and work safely in a variety of environments.

Responsibilities

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Patching holes and cracks in walls and ceilings with plaster or compound.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting structures and equipment.
• Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing door locks.
• Replacing broken window panes.
• Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• May perform sign-making related duties and operate related equipment.
• May purchase and pick up required supplies charged to the company.
