Ignite Human Capital LLC's client seeks an Analytical Chemist (GC/HPLC) for Quality Control in West Bend, WI. This 100% onsite, full-time role supports QC testing, material release, and GMP compliance to keep products moving on schedule.

The candidate will maintain GC/HPLC systems, develop validated methods, and document results, collaborating with production and QA/QC teams. Strong English communication and GMP experience are required, with a science background in chemistry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related science.
• 2–4+ years of hands-on GC/HPLC in GMP environment.
• Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsabilités

• Test and release materials requiring GC/HPLC analysis, with proper identification and documentation.
• Maintain and calibrate GC/HPLC and other lab equipment, and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Develop, modify, and validate test protocols and analytical methods to meet FDA/GMP requirements.
• Produce and maintain complete, accurate testing records.
• Support routine testing of raw materials, bulk, and finished goods as needed.
• Practice and monitor GMP compliance and safety procedures in the lab and on the floor.
• Contribute ideas to improve lab processes and support other QA/QC areas as needed.
