Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of direct supply chain experience.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Onsite work in Hackettstown, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules.
• Coordinate with production teams to optimize capacity and reduce lead times.
• Monitor finished-goods inventory levels and balance demand with excess.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics to fulfill orders on time.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning, inventory, purchasing, and fulfillment processes.
• Analyze planning data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
