Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation seeks an on-site technical support specialist to provide hands-on support for SMT solutions and related equipment in the Mount Pleasant, WI area. Responsibilities include installation, repair, and robust issue resolution at customer sites, collaborating with TAC and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.

The role requires a two-year technical/vocational background, 2–3 years of industry experience, and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical or vocational school required.
• Two–three years industry experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as required by the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for Panasonic SMT solutions and related products.
• Install, modify, and repair factory automation equipment and software at customer sites with minimal supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly, aiming for resolution within 24 hours of arrival at the customer site.
• Coordinate with TAC, Sales, and other teams to support product lifecycle and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare equipment documentation, reports, and service orders for on-site projects.
