Job summary

Baker Hughes is hiring a Field Service Technician to support onshore service projects in the oilfield equipment team. You will lead installation and maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safe, compliant operations in the field.

As the onsite expert, you will work with customers and internal teams to deliver innovative solutions, absorb training, and adapt to flex work patterns while contributing to a safe and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience in pipeline fitting or oilfield construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore service projects; install, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment.
• Absorb guidance and mentorship from crews.
• Rig-up / rig-down operations and field equipment handling.
