Job summary

The Field Service Technician Level role in Kingfisher, OK is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing multiple types of equipment including natural gas engines, Caterpillar engines, and compressors. The position emphasizes on-site work, safe operations, and accurate documentation to support field production.

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle call-outs, and maintain strong customer communication while following HSE procedures and using company software tools.

Qualifications

• Experience with natural gas engines and compressors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• On-site Kingfisher, OK location with full-time hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to standard with minimal assistance.
• Perform call outs without assistance.
• Display high level customer service and communication skills.
• Read, write and speak English for work orders and manuals.
• Utilize vendor programs (Cat ET, Cat SIS) and standard software (Chrome/Outlook).
• Complete required documentation in company software in a timely manner.
