Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking an Assistant Field Coordinator for our Manassas, VA project. This full-time, in-person role offers on-site experience and growth opportunities.

The position focuses on safety-driven supervision of onsite trade work, subcontractor coordination and schedule maintenance, and clear communication with project management and trade partners. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in commercial or large-scale residential construction.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills.
• Ability to be mobile, remain alert, stand or walk for long periods of time, climb ladders and scaffolds, and work outdoors on uneven surfaces.
• Ability to work overtime and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of onsite trade work with a focus on safety.
• Coordination of subcontractor work, project schedule, and material delivery and installation.
• Ongoing interaction and communication with project management and trade partners.
