Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with 4 years relevant experience in industrial security.
• Completion of CDSE FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities, or the ability to complete within 6 months of hire.
• Strong time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with the ability to act independently and provide focused solutions.
• Able to climb ladders for physical security checks and lift packages as needed.
• Must have a valid California DL and clean driving record, ability to drive manual transmission a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facility operations, including office services, maintenance requests, building access, supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Serve as the professional first point of contact for employees and visitors while maintaining an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Greet and assist visitors while following established access-control and security procedures.
• Maintain visitor logs and coordinate visitor access and escorts in accordance with company security procedures.
• Monitor facility conditions, coordinate repairs and maintenance, and elevate facility issues to the appropriate management when needed.
• Assist with office moves, space planning, furniture/equipment coordination, and workplace projects.
• Manage office and facility supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.
• Support emergency preparedness, business continuity, and facility safety procedures.
• Assist the Corporate FSO in establishing, maintaining, updating, and operating a comprehensive security program with strict compliance with US government and company security policies, processes, and procedures.
• Administer day-to-day security operations of the San Diego facility industrial security program with oversight from the FSO, as well as multiple off-site locations.
• Provide initial security training, special access briefings, annual refresher briefings and debriefings.
• Track and submit appropriate reporting of SEAD3 requirements.
• Support physical security of the facility; badging, perimeter checks, signage, visitor processing, access control and onsite security activities.
• Serve as the COMSEC Account Manager, managing secure equipment and keying material, enforcing COMSEC requirements, training personnel, conducting inspections, and providing ongoing support.
