Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Facilities Operations Associate to support the maintenance team on-site in New York. This hands-on role requires lifting, moving, cleaning, and minor repairs across 600,000+ square feet of office space, reporting to the Facilities Manager, and working Monday–Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.

The position emphasizes safety, timely task completion, and collaboration with vendors and staff. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off as applicable by location.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of commercial, office and/or property maintenance experience.
• Strong safety awareness when working around people and equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks including moving boxes, furniture, and minor repairs.
• Complete daily routines: cleaning, restrooms, floors, logs, and room setup.
• Maintain assigned areas and report incomplete work to Dispatch as needed.
