Job summary

PacArctic, LLC (PAC), a Koniag Government Services company, seeks an Onsite Manager for the Pembina site to oversee daily operations, building maintenance, and staff supervision. The role requires coordinating with government representatives to ensure uninterrupted service and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience managing federal/government facilities, is capable of heavy equipment operation, and holds relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation, management, and supervision of building mechanical maintenance operations.
• Minimum education of a High School Diploma.
• Preferred experience includes 3–5 years as a Facilities Manager with federal/government site support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite manager for Pembina operations and act as primary representative for daily, 24/7/365 operations.
• Oversee building maintenance and liaise with Contracting Officer Representative and Building/Project Manager.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensure execution of Building Operating Plan.
• Coordinate safety, environmental compliance, and system maintenance; administer energy and water efficiency.
