Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with work order or maintenance management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on equipment and facility systems under supervision.
• Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues; report findings and respond to maintenance requests.
• Maintain building interiors/exteriors, cleanliness, landscaping, and seasonal tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and identify hazards to ensure a safe work environment.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory; manage maintenance supplies.
• Complete maintenance records and inspections in company systems.
