Job summary

Briotix Health is seeking a Part-Time Industrial Sports Medicine Professional to provide on-site care at a Ridgeland, MS site. The role emphasizes injury prevention, EDM, and ergonomic solutions within a warehouse setting.

The position requires athletic training or related-degree education, current CPR certification, and 1+ year in customer service. On-site duties include risk assessment, client relations, and timely reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
• Current CPR Certification (CPR/AED) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Demonstrated knowledge of musculoskeletal injury care.
• Ergonomic Certification or training preferred.
• 1-2 years previous experience in industrial ergonomics or related.
• Must meet the physical demands of on-site work; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reasonable accommodations will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site services at one site location in Ridgeland, MS.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with Briotix Health client contacts.
• Initiate and establish professional relationships with client employees.
• Provide education & training for injury and illness prevention.
• Provide onsite care and management of work and non-work-related discomforts.
• Maintain knowledge of OSHA First Aid standards and EDM program.
• Perform Functional Employment Testing, Return to Work/Stay at Work, Ergonomic Assessments as needed.
• Detailed and timely reports for each service.
• Maintain documentation using Briotix Health’s system.
• Adhere to safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
