Job summary

Catalent's Madison, WI site is seeking an Associate Engineer - Engineering to join our team. In this role you will perform hands-on activities to install, onboard, and retire equipment.

You will draft and edit Standard Operating Procedures, manage asset induction and retirement requests, and coordinate calibration and installation activities. You will also support validation documentation, change control actions, and training development for new technologies, while troubleshooting equipment

Qualifications

• Hands-on equipment lifecycle activities: installation, onboarding, calibration, maintenance, retirement.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and validation documentation.
• Manage asset induction and retirement requests.
• Coordinate calibration and setup activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support change control implementation and training development for new technologies.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and drive process improvements.
• Edit SOPs for equipment operations, maintenance, and calibration.
• Identify improvements and efficiencies in equipment lifecycle and reliability engineering.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on equipment lifecycle activities including installation, onboarding, calibration, maintenance, and retirement.
• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures and validation documentation.
• Manage asset induction and retirement requests.
• Coordinate calibration and setup activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support change control implementation and contribute to training development for new technologies.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures as needed.
• Edit and modify Standard Operating Procedures for equipment operations, maintenance, and calibration.
• Identify improvements and efficiencies in equipment lifecycle and reliability engineering.
