RTX in the United States is seeking an Engineering Tools Manager (Systems Engineering Solutions) to lead deployments, upgrades, and support for Systems Engineering tools across programs. You will mentor a team of Tool Specialists and align tool usage with program needs.

The role emphasizes implementing best practices, planning migrations from legacy applications to modern tools, and coordinating with suppliers for evaluations and improvements.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; 8 years minimum.
• Experience with two or more SE capability areas.
• Experience with Agile or MBSE practices.
• Admin experience with Windows and Linux; scripting/automation background.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployments, upgrades and support for Systems Engineering tools.
• Lead a team of Tool Specialists in support and sustainment of SE tools.
• Champion the deployment of integrated SE solutions and consult with programs.
• Identify best practices to increase deployment efficiency.
• Plan migrations off legacy SE applications to modern tools.
• Engage vendors for tool evaluations and improvements.
