Job summary

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking a Research Nurse to support NIH in Bethesda, MD. This on-site role focuses on coordinating and overseeing first‑in‑human and Phase II clinical studies within Endocrinology, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and patient care.

Qualifications

• BSN with active Maryland nursing license.
• Minimum two (2) years of specialized professional Research Nursing with regulatory experience.
• Minimum one (1) year supporting clinical research studies examining PK/PD of novel therapies.

Responsibilities

• Support, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of multiple first‑in‑human and phase II studies in inpatient and outpatient areas within Endocrinology.
• Perform clinical trials duties in accordance with nursing standards and ethics; monitor data integrity.
• Coordinate and implement clinical research protocols.
• Educate and counsel patients participating in clinical trials.
• Regulatory affairs management related to clinical trials.
