You are:

An experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician with backgrounds in business machine repair, printers, inserters, sorters, Tecnau equipment, or automotive repair, possessing strong troubleshooting and repair skills. You are energetic, self-motivated, with a positive attitude, committed to championing new ideas and strategies to ensure client satisfaction and business retention.

You will:

  • Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot customer-reported problems.
  • Monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations.
  • Manage a queue of calls to ensure timely customer contact and quality resolution of incidents.

Qualifications

As an Onsite/Field Technician, you have:

  • At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
  • Strong experience with electro-mechanical equipment.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience building and enhancing customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation to travel to customer locations.
  • The ability to perform frequent lifting and moving of items up to 50 lbs. Are you able and willing to do this with or without accommodations?
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and different shifts as needed with minimal notice.
