Think Academy U.S. in San Jose is seeking an ELA Teaching Management Trainee to join our onsite team. The role blends classroom teaching, operations, and instructional leadership, with potential to advance into a Teaching Management Lead role.

You will teach elementary ELA, prepare lessons, train teachers, and contribute to day-to-day operations. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week position offers pathways to leadership as the program grows.

Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency and a bachelor's degree are required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Prior tutoring, teaching assistant, or other student-facing teaching experience is strongly preferred.
• Eager to learn and grow, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible and caring when working with students and families, with strong ownership of the student experience.
• Interested in growing into a teacher leadership or teaching management role.

Responsibilities

• Teach live online ELA small-group classes focused on Reading, Speaking, and Writing for elementary students.
• Prepare lessons using Think Academy's curriculum and teaching resources; grade student work and provide timely feedback.
• Communicate with students and parents about learning progress when needed.
