Job summary

Schreiber Foods, Inc. in Carthage, MO is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety Intern (Year-Round) to support EHS initiatives at the Fairview Plant.

This fully onsite internship offers hands-on experience in compliance, data management, and safety program development. You will collaborate with the EHS team, assist with risk assessments, training materials in Articulate, lockout/tagout procedures, and audit preparation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree with graduation May 2027 or later.
• 40 hrs/week in summer 2027 and 15–20 hrs/week during the semester.
• Strong research, data organization, and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting and analyzing safety data and risk assessments.
• Contribute to plant safety training materials and procedures in Articulate.
• Support audit preparation and EHS compliance activities.
• Help communicate EHS initiatives to the site team.
