Job summary

Soliant is seeking an Educational Diagnostician to work onsite with middle school students (and possibly high school) for a contract through early June 2027.

As the sole diagnostician, you will handle direct assessment, eligibility evaluations, and re-evaluations for roughly 100-120 students, collaborating with ARD/IEP teams to ensure compliance.

Texas certification, SBEC licensure, and a Master’s degree are required, along with three years of teaching experience and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Texas Educator Certificate
• Master’s degree required
• Educational Diagnostician certification from SBEC
• Minimum of three years of creditable teaching experience
• Ability to work onsite and engage with students and staff professionally
• Skilled in conducting evaluations for special education eligibility and re-evaluations

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive diagnostic assessments for middle and potentially high school students
• Prepare reports and guide data-driven decisions as part of the ARD/IEP process
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to develop educational plans
• Balance a dynamic caseload, prioritizing evaluations and re-evaluations in compliance with timelines
