Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer facing role, preferably providing remote customer service.
• Strong technical acumen with experience using video programs such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent verbal communication and strong attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Flexible schedule; willingness to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Proctor oral saliva-based drug screens in a virtual testing session.
• Provide a positive customer experience and assist candidates in a respectful, professional manner.
• Adhere to service policies and resolve issues to consumer satisfaction.
