Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC in Washington DC seeks a DevSecOps Engineer to design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native infrastructure within a DoD environment.

The role collaborates with DevOps, Security, Cloud and Application Engineering teams to integrate security controls, automation, testing and compliance throughout the software delivery lifecycle, ensuring reliability and DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 8-12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Master's degree in a relevant technical discipline with 6-10 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience developing software within an Agile environment.
• Experience with distributed version control like Git and Bitbucket.
• Experience developing software on Linux platforms.
• Understanding of software engineering principles and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Ansible, and Bitbucket.
• Support deployment configuration testing and infrastructure management activities.
• Configure and maintain Kafka and Elastic clusters in AWS environments.
• Develop dashboards and observability solutions for application health and reliability.
• Collaborate with Security, Cloud, DevOps, and Application Engineering teams to integrate security controls and compliance.
