Job summary

Agiliti Health, Inc in Detroit (Onsite) is seeking an Equipment Processing Technician to process and inspect medical equipment, disassemble and reassemble units, and manage associated accessories. You will also enter data related to these tasks and ensure accuracy.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Starting pay is $19 per hour with full benefits, and opportunities to contribute to patient safety by maintaining equipment quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in hospital setting or customer service preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as emergency off-hours as required.
• Able to lift and/or push 75 pounds.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Completes all paperwork and data entry accurately and in a timely manner.
• Stays up to date on the medical equipment in the fleet.
• Cleans and inspects medical equipment for functionality, following approved written procedures.
• Ships and receives medical equipment and supplies.
• Assists with inventory management.
• Performs other assigned duties.
