Job summary

OnSite Dermatology is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with medical dermatology experience for a part-time role in Plano, TX. The position involves visiting senior communities 2 days per week, performing exams, biopsies, and other dermatologic procedures on-site.

You will join a mobile dermatology team with autonomy, cloud-based EMR, and full support staff, serving a vulnerable senior population. A Texas PA/NP license and at least 1 year dermatology experience are required.

Qualifications

• 1-year medical dermatology experience required.
• Valid state PA or NP license in Texas.
• Experience delivering dermatology care to seniors a plus.

Responsibilities

• Physical assessments and diagnosis of dermatologic conditions.
• Perform full body skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy and ED&C.
• Travel to Plano and surrounding communities to provide on-site care.

OnSite Dermatology is a highly respected national organization providing mobile dermatology services to seniors living in retirement communities and nursing homes specializing in the detection and treatment of pre-cancers, cancerous growths, inflammation, scaling, infections and other discomforts of the skin.

You will step into an established patient base. This is a medically oriented dermatology role treating patients that would otherwise go without dedicated dermatology care. By diagnosing untreated skin cancers, you will be saving the lives of a vulnerable underserved patient population.

Job Description

Duties will include the following: Physical assessments, diagnosis and treatment of a variety of dermatological disorders. Perform full body skin exams, biopsies, cryotherapy and ED&C.

• Location: Plano, TX and surrounding areas
• Traditionally 2-3 communities per day. All communities are grouped by location
• Daily travel required
