Job summary

Procon Consulting, LLC in Washington, DC, seeks an experienced Deputy Program Manager / Construction Manager to lead the PgMO for a multi-project capital program. The role entails program planning, design, procurement, construction, cost, schedule, risk, and quality management across government and institutional facilities.

You will supervise multidisciplinary teams, coordinate owners, architects, engineers, and contractors, prepare executive dashboards, and ensure compliance with contract

Qualifications

• Bachelors in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Planning or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in program/construction management for large public-sector capital programs.
• 10+ years on $50M+ programs; PMP/PgMP/CCM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support PM in day-to-day PgMO leadership and operations.
• Develop and implement program management plans, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across planning, design, procurement, construction, scheduling, cost, quality, safety, and IT.
• Provide program-level oversight for multiple occupied facilities and locations.
• Prepare executive dashboards, reports, and briefings on program health and risk.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, codes, and standards.
