Job summary

Insight in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Associate Engineer - Dedicated to deploy and monitor tools for new client transitions. This onsite role partners with senior engineers and project teams to document client environments before go-live and ensure smooth service delivery.

The candidate will work with DISM, MDT, SCCM, Intune, and related tooling in a hands-on lab/production setting, requiring 3–5 years of IT deployment experience and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on IT experience with deployment technologies.
• Experience with Windows networking, lab environments, and client deployments.
• Ability to develop clear, precise technical work instructions and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Work with internal and external technology support teams to instrument customer networks, systems, applications, services, and business processes.
• Coordinate between internal teams and customer teams to ensure effective service delivery with various tools.
• Research, design, test and deploy cost-effective, flexible, highly available and agile solutions.
• Manage and maintain the monitoring framework: complete application availability and performance monitoring; troubleshoot issues; manage false positives/negatives; configuration, release and change management.
• Perform installations per design specifications; conduct pre-site preparations; document transfer.
• Document procedures and develop knowledgebase articles; train lab personnel.
• Assist internal teams in new customer service transitions; maintain customer satisfaction; flexible hours as needed.
