VIIS Global Inc. is seeking an Onsite Delivery Lead - Full stack .NET developer (React) with mobile & web development experience in Charlotte, NC.

The role targets leading large teams across onsite and offshore squads for fixed-price programs, ensuring client expectations are met and technical solutions are robust. The candidate should integrate .NET, React.js, AWS, and mobile app expertise, while coordinating with offshore teams, and driving AI-driven SDLC improvements.

Job description

Role : Onsite Delivery Lead - Full stack .NET developer ( React) with mobile & web development experience

Duration : 6 Months

Location : Charlotte NC (LOCALS highly preferred but non locals will work)

Note: The role demands excellent problem-solving, leadership, client communication, and coordination skills to work effectively with both onsite and offshore teams.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

• C# .NET Core / .NET Framework (REST API development)
• AWS Lambda (.NET Core preferred)
• Working experience in C# .NET MAUI for cross-platform mobile app development (Android, iOS)
• Working experience in React.js (Hooks, Context API, functional components, JavaScript/TypeScript)
• SQL Server database
• Strong understanding of AWS Serverless architecture
• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture
• Authentication & Authorization (SSO, RBAC)
• Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git repos)
• AWS Cloud knowledge - AWS API Gateway, Event Bridge Event Bus, CloudWatch, S3, EC2, Application Load Balancer

We need a candidate -

• Who has led large teams in Onsite / Offshore model
• Managed client expectations / uncertainties associated with fixed price programs
• Able to represent offshore team in front of client (deep diving ability in project)
• Has good understanding and at least 1 project experience of leveraging AI in SDLC
• Ability to deep dive in technical solutions with dotNET, AWS platforms
• With very good in communication
• Have ability to manage cross stakeholder groups

Desirable Skills (Nice-to-Have):

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service as task management tool integration
• Experience with mobile app backend optimization
• Knowledge of retry strategies and DLQ patterns
• Knowledge of domain-driven design (DDD) and event sourcing
