B. Braun US Pharmaceutical Manufacturing LLC is seeking a Distribution Center Leader in Daytona Beach, FL. You will supervise dock operations, coordinate space and schedules, and drive safety programs while managing staffing and performance.

Role requires leadership of cross-functional teams, budgeting input, and strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Onsite work with standard and non-standard scheduling considerations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Experience supervising, assigning tasks, and scheduling employees.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution center operations across shipping/receiving, loading, unloading, packing and storage.
• Determine space requirements and coordinate delivery and storage schedules.
• Evaluate and maintain workplace safety procedures through audits and reporting.
• Assess equipment maintenance needs to support efficiency and proper documentation.
• Support budgeting, staffing and special projects to improve logistics.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with administrative, technical and labor teams.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, performance management, and employment decisions.
• Assign work, monitor progress and resolve daily operational issues with sound judgment.
• Collaborate with department supervisors, team leads, employees, and external vendors.
