Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Indiana license or eligibility for Indiana licensure as Pharmacist.
• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy received before 2006.
• 5-7 years of pharmacist experience.
• Management experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hospital pharmacy operations and staff.
• Provide comprehensive medication-related care to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals.
