Welo Global is seeking a Data Quality Analyst to ensure quality and execution across teams in Sunnyvale, CA. This role involves auditing outputs, providing feedback, and supporting day-to-day operations. Ideal candidates will have a university degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in data annotation, content quality, QA, or related fields.
• Prior experience auditing or reviewing the work of others.
• Familiarity with safety, compliance, or policy‑driven content evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Support quality and execution across DLA teams.
• Audit DLA outputs and provide feedback.
• Act as the first line of support for DLAs.
• Contribute to improving guidelines and overall team performance.

Skills

Native‑level language proficiency

B2 or superior level of English

Attention to detail

Interpret complex guidelines

Experience in AI/ML data workflows
