Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program, project management, data center operations, or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, and performing statistical analysis.
• Experience with technical integration, system integration, risk mitigation, deployment planning, or data center operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Site Technical Lead and partner teams onsite to implement site-specific technical strategies and monitor milestones.
• Oversee project schedules and delivery for intricate deployments, coordinating with DC Facilities, Server Operations, Logistics, Networking, Security, Construction, EHS, and others.
• Support the site in delivering Service Level Objectives and provide early warnings of delays; identify and resolve issues.
• Coordinate regular business communications and status updates for site management and Global Site Tech Lead.
• Develop and uphold a data-driven framework for program enhancement using historical reviews and industry standards.
