Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years in warehouse or logistics.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass MVR check.
• Ability to pass DOT Medical Card physical (US).
• Knowledge of warehouse operations best practices.
• Proficient in Windows-based programs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Safe and professional workplace conduct.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team of logistics operators who work together and independently.
• Ensure all operations are carried out in a proactive, compliant, and effective manner.
• Maintain strict inventory control and conduct accurate system transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely shipments and receipts.
• Identify, document, and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Keep a strong working knowledge of operating systems in the area.
• Transport inventory by hand, forklifts or pallet jacks, and box truck (no CDL).
• Complete other duties with quality, safety, and efficiency in mind.
