Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies in Pocatello, ID is hiring a full-time creative, resourceful customer sales and service representative (CSSR) to support our sales team and customers in a fast-paced, on-site role. You'll handle inquiries, quotes, orders, sourcing parts, and help generate sales while contributing to a team that values integrity, inclusion, and career advancement.

Hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with bonus opportunities and benefits including 401K, insurance,

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or inside sales in industrial distribution or parts counter.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Customer inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting/returns.
• Sourcing parts for customer requests and orders.
• Assist in generating sales with Account Manager and customers.
• Help in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed.
