Job summary

PRIDE Industries is seeking a Custodian to perform general custodial duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming at client sites. The role requires following safety guidelines and using various cleaning chemicals and equipment. This is a non-exempt, onsite position with no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use custodial chemicals and operate cleaning equipment safely.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean, dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum assigned areas to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms; refill dispensers as needed.
• Assist with meeting/classroom setups and basic maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and properly store chemicals and supplies.
• Perform other custodial duties and special projects as assigned.
