Job summary

Sistema Technologies Inc. is hiring a Cloud Solutions Architect for a 1-year project based in Austin, TX, working with a government client. You will design and implement secure cloud architectures, lead incident response, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient IT solutions.

The ideal candidate has extensive cybersecurity and cloud architecture experience, familiarity with government security requirements, and the ability to operate onsite at the Austin location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in cybersecurity operations, security monitoring, incident response, threat detection, and related disciplines.
• Experience with SIEM platforms (NetWitness, Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, LogRhythm, etc.).
• Experience with Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and threat detection technologies.

Responsibilities

• Participate in incident response and escalation activities as needed.
• Follow established procedures for triage and investigation of alerts and incidents.
• Document investigations, findings, and actions in ticketing systems.
• Collaborate with security engineers, admins, and leadership to protect agency information systems.
