Job summary

CrossConnect Talent LLC seeks an Assistant Site Safety & Health Specialist to support the project management team in implementing safety and health programs at a heavy construction site. This role is based onsite at a client project site within the continental United States.

You will conduct daily site monitoring, ensure regulatory compliance, and assist with hazard elimination to maintain an incident-free workplace. Training, documentation, and incident support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site monitoring to ensure OSHA and local compliance.
• Assist with incident investigations and hazard elimination.
• Support safety orientations and distribute educational materials to field personnel.
• Develop and review Activity Hazard Analyses and pre-planning safety assessments.
• Maintain audit-ready safety records and document safety concerns for site management.
