Qualifications

• 4-6 years construction experience.
• Strong Project Management experience.
• Understanding of Estimating.
• Stable work history.
• A clean driving record; experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel Word Power Point, Project) is a must.
• Organized, good communicator and great team player with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Reviewing project plans and specifications.
• Compiling estimates by analyzing material, transportation, labor, equipment, and subcontractor data.
• Scheduling and coordinating projects with clients, crew, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Overseeing safety procedures, project requirements and budgets/time constraints.
• Troubleshooting issues before or during construction, including disputes.
• Tracking extra work and arranging change orders.
• Assist office staff with billing.
• Other duties as assigned.
