Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or relevant field experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a construction project management role.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction and Bid Captain duties as required.
• Procure project bonds and insurance requirements.
• Plan and execute construction projects.
• Develop schedules and manage workflow, incorporating inputs from VDC/BIM, pre-fab, etc.
• Manage budgets, projections, billing, cash management, and invoicing.
• Handle change orders, quotations, and procurement.
• Oversee contracts and subcontractors, including negotiations.
• Coordinate permitting and inspections.
• Track labor, earned value, rentals, and material.
• Ensure compliance with Cleveland standards and safety practices.
• Facilitate jobsite meetings and collaboration between teams.
• Monitor milestones, timelines, and deliverables to keep on schedule.
• Maintain project documentation and accessibility per standards.
• Provide input on constructability through VDC/BIM and pre-fab processes.
• Support risk mitigation and maintain Cleveland’s reputation.
