Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in owners representative project management, preferably on capital and facility projects.
• 5–10+ years of experience with a general contractor in commercial/industrial construction.
• Strong experience delivering commercial projects with hands-on MEP scope.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• On-site leadership of teams across designers, engineers and contractors.

Aufgaben

• Manage regional capital and facility projects at a single site, from concept through close-out.
• Serve as owners representative, aligning with business objectives and stakeholders.
• Oversee planning, design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Develop CARs, manage budgets, and review vendor invoices for payment.
• Collaborate with end users and facilities to integrate MEP and lab systems.
