Job summary

A construction services provider is seeking a Construction Manager in Houston, TX. You will oversee all aspects of construction projects, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of construction management experience and a degree in engineering or construction management. The position offers a salary between $125,000 and $165,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction management experience.
• Experience in working on Commercial/Industrial projects in a multi-cultural environment.
• Experience in Lump Sum and/or Guarantee Maximum Price contracts.

Responsibilities

• Setting construction execution basis and monitoring detailed field work schedules.
• Supervise all subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract items.
• Ensure safe working environment and quality work.
• Maintain relationships with clients and document project events.
