Top Notch Hutchins, Texas, is seeking a Fundraising Team Member to support a nonprofit outreach campaign across the Dallas area. This full-time, onsite role focuses on engaging with people at events, sharing the campaign's mission, and encouraging support for the cause.

You will work with a team to educate communities, track outreach activities, and participate in training to grow impact through in-person conversations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or customer service helpful but not required.
• Comfortable speaking with people in a face-to-face environment throughout the day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Available for a full-time, onsite schedule with training starting promptly.

Responsibilities

• Represent nonprofit campaigns at community events and outreach locations across the Dallas area.
• Engage with community members by explaining the organization's mission in a clear, friendly, and informative way.
• Educate prospective supporters about the impact of the nonprofit's programs.
• Encourage charitable contributions while ensuring interactions are positive and respectful.
• Answer questions and provide accurate information about the campaign.
• Track daily outreach activities and complete event reporting.
• Work with teammates to help create successful community outreach events.
