Job summary

Vesta Property Services Inc. seeks a qualified Community Association Manager (CAM) to provide day-to-day management of a condominium association in Florida, ensuring compliance with the Management Agreement, governing documents, and Florida law.

The CAM will work closely with the Board and developers, supervise staff and vendors, and keep accurate budgets and reporting. The ideal candidate holds an active LCAM license, 2–5 years of CAM experience, and a degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of community association management experience.
• Active LCAM license in good standing.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
• Must travel daily to assigned communities.
• Working knowledge of Florida Statutes Chapter 718.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day condo association operations and direction.
• Collaborate with Board of Directors and developers to manage budgets and contracts.
• Inspect properties and oversee vendor performance and compliance.
• Prepare Board agendas, minutes, and regular management reports.
• Facilitate annual meetings and elections in accordance with Chapter 718.
